Steve Apperson and Karesa McElheny, co-writers and performers, use the framework of their real life relationship to present this intimate and funny multi-media portrait of exploring what it means to be
"Sexy, Sensational and Stupendous in your '60s"
while maintaining and navigating their marriage with the assistance of a “Relationship Guru.” Local to Sunland, they are presenting these performances in their very own outdoor home theatre, where you are invited to have dinner before the show.
Outdoor seating is extremely limited and generously spaced! Exclusive engagements can be scheduled for groups from 8 to 18.
Choose your dinner from one of 3 local Sunland restaurants; we order for you and it will be here when you arrive. (Payment via Venmo, PayPal or cash). Or feel free to bring your own! The Hall opens for Dinner at approximately 6:30-6:45, and the show follows at 7:30. Beverages will be available for a donation, or you may BYOB. Look forward to a fun and different evening of entertainment!

Apperheny Hall is in Sunland, CA; a space we created to explore our own artistic endeavors, and also as a venue to further Art, Music, Comedy and Theatre of all kinds. By presenting WE PLAY US, we hope to stimulate, inspire and excite you with our unique approach to allowing theatre to thrive in these challenging times. Come experience theatre in an intimate, outdoor neighborhood setting!
